Happy Anniversary Danielle + Ray

Happy Anniversary to
Danielle and Ray Hightower
July 5, 2008

Danielle and Ray were high school sweethearts!

This move no doubt developed from their high school days!

This is one of my favorite pictures! Sweet love!

The groom’s cake was chocolate ganache! It had tuxedo strawberries with the groomsmen’s names on each one. They were very excited to find their names on them! This picture is from a company that specializes in tuxedo strawberries.

Happy Anniversary Jodi + Mike

Happy Anniversary to
Jodi and Mike Freeman
June 22, 2008

Jodi and Mike had the challenge of blending two families.

The picture tells the story of the new family!

Jodi's son was shy about dancing with her. So, we did not plan a formal dance. However, the photographer (Julie) did a great job of catching him off guard to get a picture that Jodi can cherish forever!

Happy Anniversary Emily + Sasa

Happy Anniversary to
Emily and Sasa Martinovic
June 14, 2008

Emily and Sasa did what most people call 'the first look' or 'the first glance'. This is when the couple decides to see each other before the ceremony and get most of the pictures taken! It allows the couple to enter the reception earlier and enjoy more of the reception with their guests.
Emily and Sasa decided to have their first look on the staircase in the home where they were married. Emily was at the top of the stairs and walked down to meet her groom! Some couples decide to have the first look at the ceremony site or some other scenic location.

Following the ceremony, Emily, Sasa, and their wedding party were finished with pictures, so they were the first to go through the reception line. Normally, we make the plates for our couple, but Emily was excited to see the food line and start mingling with her guests!

Happy Anniversary Sophie + Israel

Happy Anniversary to
Sophie and Israel Noble
June 8, 2008

The groom's  father conducted the ceremony.
It made the ceremony extra special to both of them!

Wedding day turned out to be one of the hottest days in June! It was 101 degrees by the heat index.

Sophie was determined to have an outdoor wedding! She carried a mini motorized fan around with her! She handed it to me just before she went down the aisle. I gave it back to her as soon as the recessional was over!

Happy Anniversary Blaine + JP

Happy Anniversary
Blaine and John Mashburn
May 24, 2009

One special treat was a father-daughter dance by Blaine and her dad (Kim).
Their song was interrupted by a remix of multiple dances.
As each song came on Blaine and Kim were compelled to do the dance!
From the twist and thriller to the Macarena and YMCA. It was hilarious and a great surprise to guests!

Blaine and John left in a Red Rolls Royce. The car was actually purchased from Celine Dion and now is available as a rental.

Happy Anniversary Brittany + Ben

Happy Anniversary
Brittany and Ben Cudzilo
May 15, 2009

Water has been a theme for Brittany and Ben!
To propose, Ben swam through a cove to surprise Brittany on the dock where she was sunbathing. The swim was longer than he had anticipated. He had to float on his back a few times before he got there. Once he arrived he had to lay flat and catch his breath before he could present the ring!

Unfortunately, this water theme was also present on wedding day. The ceremony was delayed an hour. The rain finally stopped and we were wiping dry the chairs. As guests entered the ceremony area, we gave each of them a paper towel to double check their chair for water. Just as we had 1/3 of the guests in the area, we got a call that the church next door was able to open up and let us use the sanctuary. Someone had a major connection!

Brittany was concerned about the rain, but mainly she wanted to be married to Ben! She was so relieved to see him that she could not contain her joy as she approached him!

What a sweet couple!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Anniversary to Ashley and Shaun!

Happy first anniversary to Ashley and Shaun!

They were married May 14, 2010 at
Rosewood Gardens in Sevierville.

The reception was at Smoky Mountain Christian Village.
The before and after pictures show Ashley's baby blue theme come to life!

Guests arrived to shrimp shooters and other appetizers. Following dinner, Ashley and Shaun cut the cake. Shaun's cake was a Bubba Fet head from Star Wars.

Ashley and Shaun's sweet heart table was just right!

Following the cake cutting, guests retired poolside for some dancing with Knox Vegas DJs.

A small candy buffet provided a sweet treat for guests! Princess slippers and hershey kisses!
Sandra Smith of Moonlight Photographic took some fabulous pictures.
Happy first anniversary!

Happy Anniversary Ashley + Isaac

Happy Anniversary Ashley and Isaac
May 3, 2008

Ashley picked the 3rd of May because it was a special date for her family. It was the anniversary of her grandparents (Sossie and Grand Barney).

Ashley arranged for a surprise wedding cake for her grandparents. It sat on a separate table beside Ashley’s cake.

Ashley wanted LOTS of rose petals!
Cinnamon of Jackson Rockland Floral Design brought petals from 500 roses! We lined the aisle with roses.

We had enough rose petals that we wanted to get a fun picture of Ashley with them. We sprinkled them down on Ashley from a raised patio. Ashley twirled in them as they fell!

What a wonderful fairy tale for a very sweet princess!

Happy Anniversary Allison + Jesse

Happy Anniversary
Allison and Jesse
Hedrick
April 26, 2009

Allison and Jesse were married at Bleak House. The house boasts a 90' arbor that is draped with purple wisteria in April! What beautiful bride!

Allison was able to sneak into the tower for a few photos. The tower was used in the civil war as a post for snipers.

The purple decor perfectly matched the blooming periwinkle and wisteria! Allison just liked the colors, it was not planned to match what was blooming in the gardens!
